Baywood Hotels, proudly managing Homewood Suites by Hilton, seeks enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dependable Full-Time Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. You’ll help create clean, welcoming accommodations that enhance guest experiences and drive repeat visits.

We value teamwork, growth, and a positive work environment. Bilingual welcome; no experience required — we train the right person, with weekends and holidays as needed and competitive compensation.

Competenze

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
• No previous hotel housekeeping experience required; training provided.
• English or Spanish speakers welcome.

Mansioni

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites according to brand standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and mop.
• Sanitize kitchens and appliances as required.
• Ensure rooms are stocked, organized, and ready for guests.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow safety procedures for chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain carts and work areas in an organized manner.
• Respect guest privacy and handle belongings carefully.
• Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning assignments and support fellow team members.
