Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the yard.
• Loads and unloads products safely and accurately.
• Responds to customer questions regarding products.
• Informs management of customer complaints or requests promptly.
• Moves and rearranges building materials in yard/warehouse.
• Performs routine forklift safety checks.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of yard/warehouse.
• Verifies tickets match merchandise.
• Covers exposed materials to prevent weather damage.
• Operates a forklift.
• Attends store meetings and training sessions.
