Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication with associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily store operations: pricing, shipments, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Deliver exceptional customer engagement and a welcoming store culture.
• Contribute to a goal-driven environment and share store performance with the team.
