Job summary

Caleres is seeking a dedicated Famous Footwear Sales Associate to create outstanding customer experiences in our retail stores. You’ll drive friendly, helpful interactions and help customers find the perfect shoes, while upholding store standards and teamwork.

You’ll participate in daily store operations, from merchandising and pricing to inventory control, and contribute to a welcoming environment that showcases our brands and Famous Footwear experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and flexibly schedule (holidays, nights, weekends).

Responsibilities
