Responsibilities

• Create arrangements to customer specifications and lead floral clerks.
• Train staff on simple designs, phone order procedures and daily tasks.
• Manage orders (FTD, Teleflora, interstore) and maintain confidentiality.
• Inventory and ensure freshness; replace damaged product as needed.
• Assist with in-store events and maintain department standards.
