Job summary

You will drive Floorset execution, coach the Floorset team, and maintain strong visual standards while collaborating with leadership to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience by ensuring store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution through training and coaching; set productivity goals and ensure showroom standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, adjust sell-through and replenishment as needed.
• Help the Merchandising Team Leader maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins; ensure guest experience remains priority.
