Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader. You will execute Floorsets, support marketing and merchandising updates, and ensure the store stays guest-ready through replenishment.

You bring a passion for AE Brand Visual Standards and lead with a teamwork mindset, aligning with our values every day. You will train and coach Floorset teams, drive productivity, and maintain store standards across displays, tables, and fixtures while

Qualifications

Experience in retail merchandising and visual standards.
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to train and coach teams to achieve Floorset standards.

Responsibilities

Support Merchandising Team Leader to uphold AE Brand Visual Standards.
Lead and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals; ensure Floorset execution.
Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute merchandising initiatives.
Foster a teamwork culture and celebrate team wins while focusing on guest experience.
