Job summary

Lush Cosmetics is hiring a part-time Floor Leader in Albuquerque to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor. You will drive sales, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while promoting our brand values.

You will coach ambassadors, ensure staff development, and model a positive, productive store environment. Flexible scheduling including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve day-to-day customer service issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences with product demonstrations and consultations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and at events.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and skills.
