Buckle in New Orleans is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader on a part-time, on-site basis. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and supervise merchandising and guest service.

The role emphasizes training, leadership presence, and daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and retail experience is preferred.
