Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader for our New Orleans store. You will perform a mix of sales, merchandising, and operational duties while collaborating with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership.

You will lead by example, deliver exceptional guest service, and help maintain a high standards of presentation and store operations. This is a part-time role with benefits after applicable waiting periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience is welcomed and helpful for performance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver legendary service.
• Assist in sales and merchandising tasks and display preparation.
