Job summary

Buckle in Metairie, LA is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive exceptional guest service, sales and merchandising execution. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership across the operation.

The role emphasizes leadership in daily activities, training of teammates, and maintaining high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail experience.
• Proven ability in guest service and sales with leadership aptitude.
• Experience using POS systems and basic inventory tools.
