Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader at Promenade at Chenal in Arkansas. You’ll lead a team on the shop floor, coach sales associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding brand values.

The role supports store management with daily operations and growth of sales. Responsibilities include driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and educating customers about our ethical standards and skincare lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics.
• DEIB or cross-cultural collaboration experience.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching and adjusting shop floor using the StoreForce dashboard.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical positioning in shop and events.
• Increase product knowledge and consistently recommend products to meet needs.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and teamwork.
• Promote DEIB and inclusive collaboration across the store team.
• Manage cash handling and opening/closing procedures, including deposits as needed.
• Maintain visuals and merchandising, adjusting displays based on sales.
