Qualifications

• Minimum five 1-year floor care experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently to support the group effort.
• Ability to lead others in the field and train staff on cleaning techniques.
• Must pass company background check and city requirements.
• Physically able to perform general tasks.
• Ability to interact appropriately with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Strip, wax, buff floors, grout cleaning, burnishing, carpet cleaning, and related tasks.
• Assist management in daily operation of contract services with timely, quality delivery.
• Orientate staff on safe operation of equipment and floor care processes.
• Assist with staff training on cleaning techniques.
• Conduct quality checks as directed by management.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
