Job summary

National Maintenance Contractors L.L.C. is seeking a Floor Care/Waxer Technician to join our Spokane team.

The role focuses on floor care, waxing, stripping, buffing and related cleaning tasks, with a 5pm–1:30am shift, Monday to Friday, reporting to the site supervisor. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to speak/understand English, pass a background check and drug screen, lift up to 30 lbs, wear non-slip shoes, have a driver’s license, and undergo pre-employment screening.

Qualifications
