Job summary

CBM Systems L.L.C. in Tigard, OR is hiring a Floor Care Lead for night shifts (about 5pm–1:30am, Tue–Fri) at multiple Portland-area sites. This permanent, full-time position requires reliability and safety awareness.

Responsibilities include stripping and waxing hard floors, carpet cleaning with floor care equipment, and maintaining medical-grade facility floors. Applicants must speak English, pass a drug screen and background check, and have a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work night hours.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Stripping and waxing hard floors.
• Cleaning carpets using floor care equipment.
• Maintaining medical-grade facility floors.
• Performing special projects as needed.
