Job summary

CBM Systems L.L.C. is seeking a Night Floor Technician to service multiple site locations across Portland, Beaverton, and Hillsboro. The role centers on floor care including stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, and maintaining medical-grade facility floors.

Shift runs about 5pm–1:30am with scheduling varying by needs. Applicants must pass a drug screen and background check, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak or understand English.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Own reliable vehicle to reach sites.
• Non-slip shoes required during operational hours.
• Minimum 6 months of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stripping and Waxing Hard Floors.
• Cleaning Carpets using Floor Care Equipment.
• Maintaining Medical grade facility floors.
• Special projects
