VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a Part Time floating Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to cover Upper Peninsula sites two days per week, with travel expense reimbursement per policy.

In a correctional health care setting, you will provide ambulatory care under physician supervision, focusing on patient education, documentation, and adherence to safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• Must possess current state licenses/certifications.
• Correctional experience desired but not required.
• Maintains annual licensure/credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Responds to and initiates care for medical emergencies throughout the facility.
• Provides basic medical services supervised by a licensed physician.
• Documents all healthcare contacts.
• Adheres to safety and security policies.
