Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of related experience or preparatory experience.
• Previous cash handling experience and knowledge of financial products preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or banking experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and guide them to suitable products and services.
• Provide friendly, professional service with high accuracy.
• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations to positive outcomes.
• Accurately perform teller transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Follow security protocols and adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote product knowledge and refer members to relevant services.
• Continually learn branch systems and participate in training.
