Gauss Management Research & Engineering (GMRE Inc.) is seeking a part-time project manager to support multiple DoD flight test programs at Edwards AFB, CA. The role emphasizes independent work across planning, provisioning, analysis, and reporting, with some telework authorized.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, test, and logistics tasks; developing acquisition strategies; scheduling activities across life-cycle phases; and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in DoD flight test project management and related cost, schedule, and risk analysis.
• Ability to develop baselines, program introduction docs, flying hour programs, and schedules.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes across development, procurement, production, and logistics.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate engineering, program control, configuration management, test, manufacturing and quality assurance activities.
• Develop, analyze, and report acquisition strategy progress and mitigation.
• Schedule and coordinate tasks to establish bases for acquisition programs across life cycle phases.
• Perform prioritization, research, and analysis for loosely communicated requests.
• Work in a multi-project environment with tight time constraints and oversight considerations.
