Confidential is seeking a Flight Test Project Manager to ensure milestones and program requirements are met per the company schedule. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, developing schedules, and managing costs for flight test programs.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program/project management, with experience in flight test or aircraft development in the aerospace sector. Strong communication and risk-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of program/project management experience.
• Experience in Flight Test and aircraft development preferred.
• Experience as Flight Test or Aerospace PM desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or aviation related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage Flight Test Request process: receive, review, allocate resources, and assign tasks.
• Develop and manage integrated schedules and certification activities.
• Develop, coordinate and manage financial plans for each Flight Test project.
• Interface with Sales, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Flight Test, Finance and others to meet milestones.
• Develop tools, processes, and KPIs for executive transparency into cost and schedule.
• Lead weekly Flight Test project meetings and decision-making process.
• Own risk, action, issue, and decision logs.
