Job summary

GMRE Inc. is seeking an experienced project manager for a 412 Test Wing program supporting fighter aircraft development, testing, and reporting. The role involves independent work across planning, provisioning, and execution phases within a multi-project environment.

The candidate will apply DoD flight test planning, program control, and acquisition strategies to deliver on schedule, cost, and performance targets, including coordination with SMEs and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• This skill level requires extensive experience in program management within DoD or flight test projects.
• Ability to develop baselines, plans, schedules, and risk analyses for acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, program control, configuration management, test, manufacturing and quality assurance activities.
• Develop acquisition strategies, monitor progress, and report on performance metrics.
• Guide tasks across multi-project environments with time-sensitive requirements and oversight.
