Qualifications

• Experience in project management for bomber aircraft in flight test.
• Ability to develop baselines, schedules, and briefings for acquisition programs.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with DoD flight test processes and acquisition workflows.
• Perform program management functions including coordinating engineering, program control, configuration management, test, manufacturing and quality assurance, and logistics support.
• Develop, analyze, and report on acquisition strategy methodologies, progress, and mitigation strategies.
• Schedule and coordinate participation to establish bases for acquisition programs across life cycle phases.
• Perform tasks requiring prioritization, research, and analysis with sometimes unclear objectives.
• Guide and oversee tasks in a multi-customer, multi-project environment with time constraints and potential security implications.
