Job summary

American Greetings in Danvers, MA is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, and related items while staying organized and on schedule.

No prior experience required; training provided. Expect daytime shifts, some holiday hours, and a starting wage of $16.20 per hour with annual increases. Candidates should have reliable transportation and comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Have reliable transportation for multiple store locations.
• Must have access to reliable internet for updates and information.
• Able to learn and use the company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Flexibility to meet scheduling needs including weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate with management about schedules and questions.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build positive relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and product assembly as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company tablet.
