American Greetings is a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace. We are seeking part-time Merchandisers to work independently across several retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush and more.

Starting pay is $17.10/hour with raises to $18.10 after 6 months and $19.00 after 1 year, plus flexible scheduling and paid training. Route coverage includes multiple Boston-area locations with an average 9 hours per week, rising during

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations
• Access to reliable internet for updates and training
• Comfortable using a company-issued tablet for training and daily tasks
• Occasional weekends and holidays scheduling flexibility required

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned routes, merchandising and organizing product orders
• Display product in greeting card departments and retail locations
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns to management
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, and product relocation as needed
• Plan weekly service schedule using company tablet
• Work independently or as part of a team
