Job summary

American Greetings is seeking part-time merchandisers to work across several retail locations in Hanover, MA. You will merchandize, display and maintain greeting card products, coordinating with store staff to ensure organized backrooms and accurate inventories.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; the role emphasizes time management, reliability and the ability to work holidays. Expect a schedule around holidays and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• English reading, writing and comprehension required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple store locations.
• Reliable Internet access for critical updates.
• Ability to learn and use the company-issued tablet.
• Must be able to meet scheduling needs including major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores with merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Display products in greeting card departments and backrooms.
• Maintain organized backrooms and stock rooms.
• Communicate with management about schedules or questions.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and managers.
• Assist with store resets or minor fixture work as needed.
• Plan weekly routes and workload using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
