Allied Universal in Omaha, NE is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Flex to provide front-desk security at a logistics site. The role offers reliable, fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour with daytime hours 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work with potential to scale to a full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of security-related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and contractors at a front desk within a logistics and distribution location.
• Greet visitors, verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor access points, direct guests and delivery personnel, and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and contact appropriate site contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Help maintain a professional reception area and protect site information.
