Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Miami, FL is seeking an Automotive Fleet Deletions Coordinator (PT) to oversee the entry and exit of rental vehicles on-site. This role includes inspections, license plates, registration paperwork, stickers, keys, and meticulous record-keeping to support fleet operations and customer experience.

You will help prepare newer vehicles for rental, assist with vehicle movement on the lot, and ensure safety and readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry and exit of vehicles within the rental fleet.
• Conduct pre-delivery and post-use inspections and manage license plates, registration paperwork, stickers and keys.
• Ensure records are accurate and up to date to support fleet operations and customer experience.
• Assist in preparing newer vehicles for rental and moving vehicles on the lot for efficiency.
