Tucson Jewish Community Center, Incorporated is seeking a part-time Fitness Center Associate to greet members, ensure safety, and deliver a positive fitness experience that supports retention and growth.

You will maintain facility cleanliness, operate equipment safely, provide basic training advice, and respond to emergencies with CPR/First Aid/AED. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification is required.
• Knowledge of fitness principles and exercise technique.
• Ability to greet customers and communicate clearly.
• Ability to adjust and operate fitness equipment.
• Provide safe exercise guidance and excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safety and order in the fitness area.
• Greet customers warmly and create community.
• Circulate to view the fitness area and enforce rules.
• Keep facility tidy per protocol and track class numbers.
• Provide CPR/First Aid/AED when needed.
