Job summary

Springfield JCC in Springfield, MA is hiring a part-time Fitness Center Attendant to support a safe, welcoming workout experience and excellent customer service.

The position requires weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM) and a high school diploma; CPR/First Aid certification is required, wellness/recreation experience is preferred.You will help maintain cleanliness, safety, and member relations, contributing to a positive JCC community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Wellness and recreation experience preferred.
• Must hold current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and clean fitness center environment.
• Support safety procedures and emergency response readiness.
• Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the workout area.
