Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for a part-time position at our studio in Savage. You will support the General Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering outstanding customer service, while guiding prospects through tours and product information.

Your role involves executing the full sales process, closing deals, and representing the studio at events. Strong English communication and computer skills are required to thrive in this energetic, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication via in-person, phone, and email.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Daily/occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process from lead generation through closing.
• Meet and exceed sales goals as directed by GM.
• Conduct studio tours with prospects to build rapport and drive sales.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing.
• Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas.
• Participate in community events to promote the studio.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment.
• Develop selling skills and take on additional duties as needed.
