Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Part-Time Training Services First Aid & CPR Instructor to support programs throughout Central and Eastern Massachusetts, including Greater Boston, Norwood and Worcester. The role requires travel within the service area and offers a competitive benefit package.

Responsibilities include delivering certified courses, maintaining equipment inventory, and submitting timely reports while coordinating with the Instructor Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Current instructor certification is desired; training provided after hire.
• Strong computer and email skills; MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Red Cross Training Services courses to businesses and community members.
• Maintains, stores and transports equipment; manages inventory monthly.
• Ensures quality, consistency and adherence to course outlines and lesson plans.
• Adheres to registration policies and scheduling through Skedulo.
• Communicates with Instructor Manager; submits reports and timecards.
• Participates in meetings and training updates as required.
