Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking part-time Sales Associates with a passion for shooting sports and strong customer service to help customers in our store.

Prior retail or sales experience is preferred, and applicants should be 18+ and legally eligible to work in a firearms environment. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, handle sales transactions, and perform firearms paperwork within legal parameters while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED certificate preferred.
• Prior retail or sales experience preferably the retail industry.
• Shooting sports knowledge a plus.
• Prior retail cashier or cash handling experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legally eligible to work in a firearms environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and salesmanship.
• Demonstrates constant awareness of firearm safety.
• Executes all required firearms paperwork within legal parameters.
• Provides product knowledge and helps locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Standing and walking the entire work shift.
