Job summary

Shore Shot Pistol Range Inc is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to assist customers, ring up sales, stock shelves, and maintain the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience and familiarity with cash register operation and firearms safety.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, and offers ongoing training, an energetic team environment, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• NJ Firearms ID Card
• Computer literacy
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and weekends are a MUST

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance while they are shopping.
• Get Shooters out on to the range.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
