The position emphasizes cross-selling financial products, meeting referral goals, and providing excellent service in a fixed 20-hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members courteously and professionally.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Issue ATM/VISA check cards and assist with PIN updates.
• Manage opening/closing duties and dual control.
• Cross-sell products and refer to staff for assistance.
• Achieve referral goals set by management.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies.
