Sacramento Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative II (Teller II) for the Arden Branch. The role emphasizes service to members, cross-selling products, and maintaining strong member relationships while supporting a balanced 37/40-hour schedule.

Responsibilities include opening and maintaining accounts, onboarding new members in Synapsys, processing IRA transactions, and assisting with audits and daily branch tasks. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related work experience.
• 1–3 years teller experience in a credit union or bank.
• Demonstrated knowledge of credit union products, policies, laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to cross-sell products and meet referral goals.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties of a Financial Service Specialist I (Teller I).
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Meet or exceed referral goals.
• Open new accounts and manage joint account holders.
• Onboard new members in Synapsys and follow up by phone/email.
• Refer members to FSS III for additional cross-sale opportunities.
• Open/maintain IRAs and IRA transactions.
• Assist with branch auditing and daily operations.
• Enroll members in online and mobile banking.
• Identify and report fraudulent activity per procedures.
