Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Financial Consultant for our Darrington Branch to work flat 20 hours per week with open availability Monday to Saturday.

You will be a trusted financial resource, using a consultative approach to evaluate and fulfill members' financial needs, assisting with accounts, loans, and referrals to other services as needed. Previous teller/platform ops knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members with financial needs using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Educate members on value-added products and services to meet individual needs to include opening and closing accounts and questions about products and services.
• Refer members to specialized departments as needed.
• Support the Teller line, as needed.
• Handle problem resolution with authority.
• Process transactions with a high degree of accuracy and in accordance with policies and laws.
