Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union’s Enchanted Hills Branch is seeking a Part-Time Teller to join our team. You will be the member’s first point of contact, handling routine financial transactions with accuracy and a service-first mindset.

Work 20-24 hours per week with open availability, Monday through Saturday. You will assist members, educate on products, and support branch operations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of service delivery operations.
• Accuracy in numbers, procedural detail, processing and balancing negotiable instruments.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and resolve problems.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.

Responsibilities

• Process member financial transactions with high accuracy according to policies and regulations.
• Assist members by assessing needs and educating on available products, referring to specialized departments as needed.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and support efficient branch operations.
• Operate as vault teller with vault cash duties including cash ordering and assist in training tellers.
