Monsignor Slade Catholic School, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Financial Analyst to manage financial accounting, analysis and reporting for Central Services and all affiliated organizations within the Corporate Sole.

The role emphasizes accuracy, integrity and compliance of financial records, with a comprehensive benefits package available. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting with 5+ years of experience; CPA or candidate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with minimum 5 years experience.
• CPA and/or CPA candidate with public audit experience preferred.
• Nonprofit experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications incl. Access, Great Plains and Raiser’s Edge.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the month end closing process for Central Service and related organizations; prepare entries, bank reconciliations, financial statements and analyses.
• Prepare entries, schedules and reconciliations for investment activities; assess changes with external market factors.
• Manage long-term debt schedules, reconciliations and analyses; ensure proper control and accounting for payments/balances.
• Manage and approve grant expenses/payables and related reports/schedules.
• Assist in reviewing and collecting outstanding Accounts Receivable for cash flow.
• Analyze actual vs. budget and communicate variances with divisional personnel.
• Assist in annual budget process and audit requirements for all organizations.
