Job summary

Monsignor Bonner & Archbishop Prendergast High School is seeking a High School Accountant to manage financial planning, accounting and reporting for the school. You will collaborate with the President, school staff and the Archdiocese’s Financial Services team to ensure accurate financial statements and compliance with policies.

You will prepare budgets aligned with long-term plans, monitor cash flow, and support the annual financial report and external audits.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting required.
• MBA preferred.
• CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, accounting and reporting for the school.
• Collaborate with President, school staff and Educational Financial Services staff.
• Provide periodic budget and financial statement reporting to the Board.
• Monitor and improve financial operations, controls and cash flow.
• Oversee tuition-related budgeting and enrollment-related funding.
