Breakthrough is a SaaS platform that helps wellness coaches turn their expertise into personalized mobile apps. We are seeking a part-time Finance Operations Manager (~15–20 hours/week) to own our financial backbone, work with the founder, and keep books tight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Understanding SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR) and revenue recognition.
• Strong analytical storytelling from data.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling.
• Experience in bootstrapped or early-stage startups is a plus.
• Remote/part-time flexible work arrangement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the books end-to-end with QuickBooks and bookkeeping.
• Manage payroll and vendor payments on schedule.
• Track weekly cash flow and report to the founder.
• Audit expenses and flag unnecessary subscriptions.
• Monthly reconciliation of all accounts.
• Monitor partner coach payouts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decisions.
• Improve financial workflows and internal controls.
