Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business/public administration, finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or admin operations with restricted funds and complex budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit/governmental accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records using governmental practices for restricted funds and BARS accounting.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and budget-to-actual reports.
• Manage bank reconciliations, tax filings, AP/AR, and grant documentation.
• Coordinate grant invoices, vendor communications, and documentation.
• Support annual budget development and financial audits with external partners.
