Legends Global is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to support the Finance team at the Waco Convention Center. The role handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and data entry with strong attention to detail and adherence to policies.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in accounting/finance and 1–3 years in accounting, preferably in food service or venues. Flexible hours support 20–29 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or finance; 1–3 years accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Maintain vendor files and run payroll processes.
• Perform data entry and assist other departments as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely reporting.
