Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician II in Los Angeles, CA. You will provide frontline field support, perform first and second line maintenance, installations, software and hardware upgrades, and basic troubleshooting on deployed equipment and systems.

This role offers flexibility and hands-on experience in the field. As a part-time technician, you’ll work up to 19 hours per week with varied shifts, paid training, and opportunities to develop technical skills while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• 1+ year of experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance roles.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel to field sites.
• Ability to follow written procedures and document time worked.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic maintenance for equipment and systems.
• Assist with installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and basic adjustments.
• Record time worked, tasks completed, and service outcomes in service management tools.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support as directed.
