Job summary

NCR Atleos in Portland, OR is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician II to deliver frontline field support for deployed equipment and systems. This hourly, non-exempt role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and hands-on experience in a dynamic field service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• 1+ years of field service, technical support, or maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance for equipment and systems.
• Support installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities, including inspections, cleaning, and basic adjustments.
• Deliver, replace, and return spare or defective parts with accurate documentation.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level technical support teams.
• Record time worked and service outcomes in designated service management tools.
