Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ years of field service or maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel.
• Ability to pass background checks and required certifications.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
• Install, configure, and commission equipment at sites.
• Support preventive maintenance and spare parts management.
• Record time, tasks, and service outcomes in service tools.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
