Job summary

NCR Atleos in Edison, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician II to deliver frontline field support, perform basic maintenance, installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on deployed equipment. The role is hourly, non-exempt, with assignments scheduled by demand and contract requirements.

The position offers flexible hours up to 19 per week, paid training, and hands-on experience in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field sites.
• 1+ year of field service, technical support, or maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
• Install, setup, remove, and commission equipment at sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document work performed.
• Record time worked and service outcomes in ticketing systems.
• Escalate issues to higher-level teams when needed.
