NCR Atleos is seeking a part-time Field Service Technician II in Philadelphia, PA. You will deliver frontline field support, perform first & second line maintenance, and assist with installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on deployed equipment.

This role emphasizes flexibility and hands-on work in a dynamic service environment. The position is hourly, non-exempt, with scheduled shifts and opportunities for paid training, all while contributing to reliable operations for financial

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• 1+ years of field service/technical support experience.
• Basic working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
• Install, configure, and commission equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and manage spare parts.
• Record time, tasks, and outcomes in service tools.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams.
