Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician II to deliver frontline field support for deployed equipment and systems. The role offers flexible, part-time hours with paid training and hands-on field experience in a dynamic environment.

The position is hourly and non-exempt, with schedules based on operational demand. You will perform first and second line maintenance, software/hardware upgrades, networking support, preventive maintenance, and spare parts management while ensuring

Qualifications

• 1+ year of field service, technical support, or maintenance experience.
• Basic working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems relevant to the environment.
• Familiarity with using an Android device.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
• Execute simple corrective actions such as resets and minor component replacements.
• Support installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at sites with customers or operations.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities, inspections, cleaning, and basic adjustments.
• Record time worked, tasks completed, and service outcomes in service tools.
• Follow documented procedures and safety guidelines; escalate complex issues as needed.
