Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Local candidate to Miami area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• 1+ year of experience in field service or technical support.
• Basic working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field sites.
• Ability to complete background checks and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic maintenance for equipment.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software.
• Record time worked and service outcomes in designated systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and site procedures; escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
