Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician II to deliver frontline field support and ensure reliable operation of deployed equipment in the Cincinnati area. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance, installations, software/hardware upgrades, and preventive tasks on a flexible, hourly schedule.

The position offers chance to gain practical field experience, with paid training and opportunities for professional growth while working up to 19 hours a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of field service or similar experience preferred.
• Familiarity with basic mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance for equipment and systems.
• Execute simple corrective actions such as system resets and configuration checks.
• Support installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
